Location top. Outside very nice.

Water in the indoor pool was dirty. Breakfast didn't suit us. No fresh. Water from the tapis not potable, but it was offered for tea?! Coffee was also inedible.

Location: the hotel was really close to the airport, a restaurant on the beach front, and the river and trees. Our room was not only accommodating, but also fantastic with a nice view looking over the gardens, a shower, as for instance.

The huge gardens offer plenty of space and shade. The organized daily activities kept us entertained! We loved our clean, spacious room too.

The breakfast and also the dinner were very good. The location of the hotel - if you like it quiet - is very nice. The generous pool landscape is particularly worth mentioning. The view from room 405 was really beautiful.

For a 4 star hotel the standard of the room in any case should be revised. The nostalgic wood as well as the woollen blankets as duvets are no longer contemporary. Furthermore, the bathrooms need to be renovated.

The menu is adapted to all types of intolerances which is extraordinary. In my case, I traveled with a person with celiac and this is the hotel that offered the best range of food, it had much to choose from and we were served excellently. We will undoubtedly come back, the pool and its environment are very good too.

To say the least, the animators and the timetables are made for Europeans.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a restaurant. The staff helped me with my room issue even at night. I recommend enjoying the entertainment schedule. I'll be back for a city break.

The vast gardens and proximity to a nature reserve create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The food options, particularly the risotto, were excellent with consistently fresh and delicious choices at every meal. The room decor felt a bit dated, and the absence of tea and coffee facilities was a notable inconvenience. The charge for the safe was unwelcome, and the shower setup could use improvement.

We loved the hotel, it was great relaxing and lovely welcoming and had magnificent location adjacent to the nature reserve and the restaurant at all. The breakfast was inclusive and varied and provided with pizza...

This is a 40 years old 4 star hotel without any recent renovations. i would discribe it as pretty basic.as for the location, unless you have a car you are limited down to a small beach that is 10min walk away

Air conditioning issues detracted from comfort!!! Dining atmosphere often chaotic and noisy during peak times!!! Room décor outdated and in desperate need of refreshing!!! Limited drink options available in the bar area!!!

Would defiantly recommend this hotel!! I have a very good holiday. The staff was spot on. Can't say anything bad about my stay 110% happy. I would go back

this is the third time we have been to this hotel the food is very good and the hotel is spotless.

It does need to be updated re better televisions new carpet in corridors and stairs having said that we would still go back.
